Hello,
Is there a way to run this pipeline across reads generated by both R9 and R10 flow cell and get a aggregated variant calling results? Is it possible to use --ont_r9_guppy5_sup for RG tag "A" and --ont_r10_q20 for RG tag "B"? Or is there a way to merge the vcf file generated separately so the variant calling results can be used to phase the reads from different models?
