Can subscribe with firefox but seems unable to receive notification.

When checking about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox, if clicked the Push button, the service worker is called. But somehow not receiving notification from backend / push server

the subject claim needs to be specified in order for Safari and Firefox to work.
