Remove mirror-sites-ca.mblibrary.info mirror?

This mirror is very frequently really slow or unreachable and we had to increase the daily mirrors-check timeout to 20s just for it not to trigger every single time.
Even with this 20s read timeout, it's frequently failing.

That's very annoying. What should we do?

I'd recommend pinging the mirror owner to enquire about it. We do not have the same issue with his Indian and French mirrors, do we?

French mirror is fine but it's in EU with other mirrors so it's getting less load. IN mirror receives minimal traffic since we learnt that it has a quota.

If owner can not bring improvement, then it seems to be no suitable for Kiwix and I would then recommend to remove it from the mirror list.
