As scientist, I want a peak finder app, so that can I quickly and easily align beamline elements.

I can see the beam intensity change as I move a beamline element across the beam.

This app would be a "plug-in" to a remote client.
This story requires that we have a way to synchronise events on multiple devices.

decide which counter has priority (i.e. defines "the one true time") - the primary counter
periodically reset secondary counters (i.e. to sync with primary counter)
e.g. control PC time could be the primary counter, Galils & DAE clock can be secondary.
