[Feature] Scale Y-Axis Programmatically (w/ mouse scroll) #542

Feature Description

Currently y-axis supports scaling by drag & drop.
This feature will enable y-axis scaling programmatically.

Example use case is being able to scale vertically by holding a button while scrolling with the mouse wheel.
