Task Overview

Planning and preparing studies for the upcoming news release (February).

Approach

• Make a list of potential studies for release (studies from tracker + CSF + UCLA sarcoma)
• Add PMIDs, make sure cohorts are following public study standards
• Upload to Triage and review against papers
• Import studies to private, and start first round of review (review by public curation team)
• Address first review comments, enhance the studies where needed
• Reimport studies to private, another review by public curation team
• Create a PR and send team for second round of review (Ritika & Ramya)
• Address comments, reimport, review
• Send to feedback channel

Dependencies

• PMID/publication availability
• Data discrepancy when reviewing
• Author response; Reaching out to authors for clarifications and additional data
• Ensuring all data types and genomic profiles are added

Completion Criteria

• Complete study review
• Import to Private and start first round of review
• Address comments and enhance study

Follow-up card:

• Reimport and send to team for second round of review (Ritika & Ramya)
• Address comments and enhance study
• Send to feedback channel
