Done Condition (What do we need? Why do we need it? Keep this is small as possible!)

All tools with docs and a general README explaining the blue/green strategy has been merged into cbioportal-core.

Technical Description (How are we going to achieve the above)

A number of tools for cloning/copying/deriving/managing data and the import process for rfc80 have been created. These should be shared with the community in the cbioportal-core repository (which is where import code has been externalized).
