Google provider doesn't allow setting prompt option

We should be able to provide option prompt:

google:
    type: google
    prompt: consent

You can set the values in the $options argument of the OAuth2Client::redirect($scope, $options) call, which will be passed to the League\OAuth2\Client\Provider\Google::getAuthorizationUrl($options) instance.

return $clientRegistry
    ->getClient('google')
    ->redirect(['email', 'profile'], ['prompt' => 'consent']);

Returns:

https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/v2/auth?prompt=consent&scope=openid%20email%20profile&...
