I've been having an issue on my M2 MacBook Air (it occurred on both 14.x and 15.x). When adding a new window, resizing a window, or moving a window to an existing space already occupied by a window, the window will flicker and rapidly resize. Typically, this ends after I move the window out of the current space, or it will resolve automatically when the flickering window expands over the entire space.
Additionally, when opening new windows, the new window will very often open to the entire width of the screen, covering any existing tiled windows within the space.
If this is a known issue, I'd love any guidance on how to resolve it, or I can provide additional info if it's novel.
Facing the same issue but it only started after I updated to sequoia. Usually it appears after the system has been running for a while (maybe there's a specific condition that breaks it) and resolves with a reboot.

Video demonstrating the type of issue I'm facing (sorry, it was too large to upload to github): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zS5HR7OgB6kC5rbU2RTMP-xTu4lDZy19/view?usp=sharing
