ISSUE :
The size of the Submit and Reset buttons is not the same.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE :
Open the website of water.css and scroll down in the " Element Demos " section. You will get to see both of the buttons.

EXPECTED UI :
The size of both the buttons should be the same.
