way to "copy" revise-resubmit papers between consecutive review cycles #298

Some conferences, like ASPLOS, employ several review cycles, each associated with its own hotcrp instance, such that some papers get the chance to revise their work and resubmit it to the subsequent cycle and then get reviewed by the same set of reviewers.

It would therefore be helpful if there was some support to copy the history (reviews and comments) of such papers from the previous to the current hotcrp instance.
