sample app screen - layout and some confusing indicators

When logging into the sample app, I might think it is already in the test phase (phase not grayed out).
Also, it seems like (again, not a UX expert) we could fit the content into a 1 page without the need for scroll.

@gbenhaim can you transfer this issue to https://github.com/konflux-ci/konflux-ui?
I'd do it but I don't have write access to that repo.
Another option would have been to move the downstream Jira issue, but it seems to me as the automation is not working at the moment, so no downstream issue was created.

When a user creates an Application, an integration test is created for them. That's why the test pill is not disabled. This visualization doesn't depict the step the user is in; it just gives an overall status of the application but I understand how it can be confusing to the user, we will bring this up for UX review.
