[BUG] Podman on Linux with shared volumes errors in cannot mount volumes without root privileges #207

Current Behavior

Running analysis in kantra 0.4 using Podman on Linux results in cannot mount volumes without root privileges: operation requires root privileges.

Expected Behavior

kantra completes analysis with external providers.
