Feature request: Add button to reparse the whole library at once

I would like to request the addition of a button that allows users to reparse the entire library in Maloja with a single click.

Problem

I have rules files, such as split_artists_with_commas.tsv, that contain dozens or even hundreds of lines. However, it is completely unfeasible to reparse each track individually.

Proposal

• Button Addition: Implement a "Reparse Library" button in the interface.

• Functionality: This button would trigger the parsing process for all entries, applying the defined rules to streamline data management.
