我说找了半天为什么没看到在child.vue怎么处理父子路由的联动问题的
原来用了router没有完全用涉及到子路由页面的 router-view 直接隐藏了 child.vue根本只是占位符
自己维护一套div 通过子路由自己做自己的缓存

感谢大佬提供思路
