We could use a comprehensive list of dependencies. It may be easier to have a dummy set of 1000 reads that would run really quick and let the user know that all the requirements are set up.

I cut pieces of the pipeline and hard-coded some test data into it. This may suffice, but needs testing. Also not sure if the reads are able to be published, or if they're small enough to easily upload/download.

This is present in the new toolchain build, not yet pushed to github....
