Currently, the MATLAB path needs to be set as the Protolize root folder so this program can run. Is it possible to make this program run like EEGLab e.g. the protolize command would start it anywhere in the system?

Commit d30c275 allows the user to run Protolize from whenever they desire, but it's necessary to use File>Set Path... at MATLAB for the first time. After that, he'll find the file by itself and it'll only be necessary to type protolize in the command window.

Upon opening the program from any place P!! automatically changes the directory to the P!! directory. Maybe one could remove this dependency too? This involves changing pretty much all the modules, though.
