Hi Again!

I am trying to align the features .csv to the H&E slides.

I can see that you have done some alignment.

However as you can see here. Picking points and doing an affine transform is not working our great for me.

Do you have any suggestions/pre-defined transforms you used? For example for WD-76845-096.
