It would be great to have support for all of the standard perch tags.

If you would like to contribute, feel free to create a single PR for all of the tags, or just one issue per tag.

Below is a list that will be checked off as each issue is created and merged.

It would be fab to have shortcuts for <perch:repeater> and <perch:before> and <perch:after> tags. E.g enter "perchrepeater" + tab to give the expanded tag.
