Expose the Ability to Set Curves for Boilers, Chillers, and Fans

I don't necessarily want to expose all of the possible HVAC equipment that can be assigned a curve but it seems that many people would get use out of the ability to assign curves to just boilers, chillers and fans. I'll try to enable this before the next stable release.
