Gmail Search tool does not support non utf-8 encoding #726

I am trying to search iso-8859-1 charset encoded emails and I'm getting the following error:

packages/langchain_google_community/gmail/search.py", line 109, in _parse_messages
    message_body = email_msg.get_payload(decode=True).decode("utf-8")  # type: ignore[union-attr]
                   ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xb7 in position 3240: invalid start byte

Is this by design?
