Description

Currently, the ChatVertexAI class lacks an explicit timeout parameter, even though the underlying Google Vertex AI client supports request timeouts.

Proposed Changes

  • Add an explicit timeout parameter to the ChatVertexAI class.

timeout is supported and it's passed to the grpc call when it's part of kwargs piece of the invoke method.
