how to get uploaded file url

I can‘t get uploaded file url，although i made a python code node to receive uploaded file.url from start node
but the file url is null，how can i get file path
and if I want to save file how can i save it for download on local server

感觉是个bug，只要流程一运行到file.url，获取到的内容就是空值。
