NominalData.h not found

Hi,
I'm trying to install and the velocity obstacle project. I was able to install the can-utils and install the can_msgs from the ros depository. Now I'm getting an error that "fatal error: atlascar2/NominalData.h: No such file or directory", and when searching the directories I wasn't able to find the file. I don't know if this is the correct place to ask, but where is the colormap node?
