[Feature Request] Specify hours as well as days

Many thanks for your excellent tool - I've been using it successfully for a few days now. I would find it very useful to specify the hours i would like to grab footage from. I am using your tool to grab timelapses from a few of my cameras across a construction project which only happens during daylight hours, but my cameras record non-stop for security. If I would be able to append the hour to the YYYY-MM-DD input, that would make my download much faster as I wouldn't have to pull a whole day.
