consider moving entrykit prereqs to mud deploy #3532

since entrykit is a MUD framework thing seems reasonable that you'd be deploying a MUD project alongside entrykit

at the moment, the prereqs are only the entrypoint + simple smart account factory + (local only) generous paymaster

I didn't do this initially because we were also deploying the quarry paymaster, which would make for a circular dependency between CLI <> paymaster
