Apps such as react require a custom response error handler in cloudfront:

HTTP Error Code: 404
TTL: 0
Custom Error Response: Yes
Response Page Path: /index.html
HTTP Response Code: 200

I'm trying to figure out how I can configure this natively in s3_website - is it possible?
