HASS reboot: wallbox not connecting

I observed that in 5 out of 10 cases when HASS was getting restartet, the wallbox is registered with the WLAN device and the manufacturer details, but it is not available. The "wallbox_availability" switch stays inactive and is grey.

I often also get the error message:
"Ocpp integration
Warning: charger reported Rejected while setting ClockAlignedDataInterval=10"

I have an ABB Terra and the time intervals for sending data during installation of the OCPP integration has been set to '10s'. Based on the manual, the ABB Terra can deal with 10s, even less.

Any ideas what I can change?

At the moment I need to restart more than one time in this case.
