Based on Steven and Rebecca's comments:

There have been updates to the SHACL based on feedback from Tim, Rebecca, and others. https://github.com/LD4P/arm/blob/2a08f841748d82a648b4ed0d5aabd93ff800c2a1/application_profiles/raremat_monograph/shacl/raremat_monograph_form.ttl#L2923. Entries, Pages, and Volumes need to link to their larger contexts through partOf relationships.

Note that an Entry is linked to a page via arm:atLocation. Page is linked to Volume or Instance, and Volume to Instance, via bf:partOf. The user may specify any one or combination of Entry, Page, Volume, or Instance. Possibly you'd want to create nodes for each one anyway to make the graphs uniform across all cases.
