Github labels

Hey developers! 💥

I have just tried to add more consistent github labels both of glocaltokens and ha-glocaltokens repos. All the labels should be similar between both repositories now, just so we don't get confused.

You can see more info about labels here.

There is some automation attached to those labels, like:

• when you use major, minor or patch labels they will be used to increase next release number correspondingly
• other labels are also used for release descriptions

If you don't agree with any of the labels or have suggestions, please share them here, so we could discuss and modify our workflow if needed 💯
