Using the COALA Model Law for DAO (drllau [commentary] ) iterate over LexDAO's policy stance wrt DAO legislation (continuous improvement) with the latest Wyoming LLC DAO [amendment] for hackathon.

DAO Access

COALA commentary

COALA requires

The DAO must have By-Laws that are comprehensible to a
layperson. The By-Laws must be publicly accessible via a
GUI or a Public Forum. Sensitive information may be
redacted from the By-Laws before their publication, if those
redactions are necessary to protect the privacy of individual
Members or Participants in the DAO;

LexDAO position - Desirable but Diectionary

Not needed for Richardian LLCs.

Difference

LexDAO favors the presumptive not imperfect code deference side of automation spectrum
