This repository is linked to the LoReAn paper and the LoReAn repository LoReAn page. In the repository are stored all the raw annotations analyzed in the paper, settings used, R scripts, python scripts and perl scripts used to generate tables and figures. In order to have a better colors combinations, some of the plots have been re-formatted using Illustrator
