Social verification page issue

**Social Verification **

When a user try to verifies their socials , after the transaction there is no update to the user about the verification.
Upon checking back to identity page , then users get to know about the success / failure of verification.

To follow these steps to reproduce this error

1. Go to https://app.starknet.id/identities
2. Click on your available identity
3. Click on your available socials ie : Twitter / discord / Github for verification
4. There is no update or confirmation to user after transaction

Expected result

After the verification if the transaction success then
1:There must be a info like " your verification is done "
or
2:page must redirect to the identity page headed with the identity ie : https://app.starknet.id/identities/570927462579
were user can see the check mark directly
