Accelerating Cloud Native in Telco WP: CNF configuration schema standard is not defined

In chapter “Principles and Requirements to Enable Progress in Cloud Native Telco Transformation”, “4. Automation”, xi there is the requirement that the CNF configuration schemas should follow standards, but it is not defined which standard should be followed. Without a definition of a standard or a definition of which group should define the standard there will be no consensus on the standard. My proposal is to define the standard in this group and document the result in this document.
