Prevent Hacker job from apearing in job center list #11

The hacker job is visible in the job center list.
It should be hidden there as the tutorial has to be done in order to get the job.

The esx_joblisting resource has this build in (https://github.com/ESX-Org/esx_joblisting), There it is called 'whitelist', just edit the sql a tiny bit.
