Tasks:

Create new models and migrations for checklists and checklist items.
Implement a Filament resource for managing checklist templates.
Develop a Livewire component for users to create and update their research checklists.
Integrate checklists with Person and Family models.
Acceptance Criteria:

Users can create, edit, and delete custom research checklists.
The system provides pre-defined checklist templates for common research tasks.
Progress on checklists is tracked and displayed visually.
