Shorts missing from feed when using local feed extraction

Steps to reproduce

1. Subscribe to some channels that have shorts
2. With local feed extraction off, shorts appear in the feed
3. Turn on local feed extraction in the settings and refresh the feed
4. Shorts are no longer included in the feed. Using the filter on the subscriptions feed page to show only shorts yields an empty feed

Expected behavior

Shorts should show up in the subscriptions feed when local feed extraction is enabled.

Actual behavior

Shorts do not show up in the subscriptions feed when local feed extraction is enabled.

Have you enabled the shorts filter and refreshed the feed afterwards? Shorts are only fetched if you have the filter enabled before loading your subscriptions!

Yes, with the filter enabled and then refreshing the feed I am unable to get any shorts to show up in the subscription feed when using local feed extraction.
