Timestamps and links in comments missing highlight effect on tap

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a video with timestamps or links in the description.
2. Tap on a timestamps or link in the description and notice it highlights the text to make it clear you tapped the bounding box of the text.
3. Go to a video with timestamps or links in the comments.
4. Tap on a timestamp or link from a comment and notice it doesn't highlight the text

Expected behavior

The user interface feedback for tapping on a timestamp or link should be consistent in all locations.

Actual behavior

Depending on where you tap on a timestamp or link, you get different user interface feedback.
