[Feature Request] Add Truncate Playlist Names option to GLUI menu driver

This option is already supported by Ozone and xmb menu drivers (not sure about rgui), but it appears to be missing in the glui menu driver for some reason. It would be nice to have this option (and the option to sort playlists after truncation) for consistency across the menus and to avoid wasting often limited screen real estate on mobile devices using this driver.
