Ember 3.4 and 3.8?

I actually have this running with 3.8 right now, but get some "unmet peer dependency" warnings when running a yarn install. Something about @babel/core@^7.0.0-beta.42.

Currently we still need Bootstrap 3 and having SASS is super helpful, so this addon is very useful to us. Over time we plan to move to Bootstrap 4 using other addons, but this one is perfect for keeping compatibility of styles until we have time to deal with it.

If the above warning doesn't cause any issues, and I don't see that it does so far, then we're good for now.
