Add kurtosis in the acoustic features which can be extracted from a chunk

I have a branch that includes kurtosis (and other impulsive sound metrics), when I get some time I can submit a pull request if you would like. The branch I'm working on is specifically intended for analysis of impulsive anthropogenic sounds (e.g. pile driving).

A pull request would be great!
I was using pypam before to detect impulsive sounds before, but dropped to focus more on the chore (too much work otherwise).
I would be happy to integrate your changes and improvements!

I would also like to compute kurtosis for each "bin", so then only need to copy your kurtosis implementation to the signal.py module
