Make the infobox collapse

At least in the Akka docs the box takes a lot of space and will likely not be what most people are looking for in the page, so they will have to always scroll a page or so to get to the actual content.

I think the box should be collapsible and initially be collapsed so that users can then click on it to unfold the module/project details.

Perhaps we could also include the build tool formatting of the artifact path, and then collapse it like this - that would remove some duplications from the page.

I discussed this back and forth a bit with Arnout and I think the biggest problem is to pull it off in a way that looks good and doesn't feel like piling up semi-related info in the same component. I'm still not convinced we have an idea that is good enough.
