user:
registered users only
expected behaviour:
- Users can select multiple Kieze instead of just one from the “Districts & Kieze” filter dropdown on the Kiezradar ("Projektübersicht")

- Ensure that notifications and updates are sent for all selected Kieze in a search profile
behaviour:
- the user can select and view multiple Kieze, including in the "search profile." However, when clicking "view projects" from the search profile, only upcoming projects are displayed—instead of both upcoming and ongoing projects, as originally selected and saved.

- I created a Kiez with a non-admin account and saved it. Then, using an admin account, I added a new project within the parameters of that Kiez.
After logging back into the non-admin account, I expected to receive a notification about the new project in my selected Kiez area—but no notification was sent.
