Install with clib fails

Hi,
I'm trying to install via clib and the install is failing.

Command:

clib install littlstar/soil --save

Output:

       fetch : littlstar/soil:clib.json
       fetch : littlstar/soil:Makefile
       error : unable to fetch littlstar/soil:Makefile
     warning : unable to fetch Makefile (Makefile) for 'SOIL'
       cache : littlstar/soil
sh: configure: command not found

I'm not sure if this is an issue with SOIL or with clib.

Environment:

• macos 12.0.1
• clib 2.7.0
