Allow setting fee limits with
lndk-cli pay-offer. Would be nice to have this control and it might help further troubleshoot issues like #103 .What LND gRPC command are you using to send payments now and what fee limits are you setting right now? Might be nice to expose some more options in the send gRPC besides just fee limits.
