Unfortunately, I can not go from begin till the end with analyzing my images, because on some steps program starts showing or appearing different problems. But the idea sound great!

Feel free to go into more detail and raise an issue here on Github, if you can reproduce the problems. It is obviously still has been tested only by a few people in a somewhat narrow context of yeast images, so let us know how to improve the software!
