[Request] Support importing browser chat history to server deployment

Currently, users of the browser version of Lobe Chat accumulate chat history that cannot be easily migrated when switching to the server deployment version. This creates friction for users who wish to retain their past conversations. By adding support to import chat history from the browser to the server, we can streamline the migration process, making it easier for users to move their data seamlessly between platforms.

🧐 Proposed Solution

I would like to see an import feature in the server deployment version of Lobe Chat that allows users to easily upload their chat history from the browser version.
When chat history is detected locally in the browser, the user should be prompted that historical chat records are available, and be given the option to either back up or migrate the data. If the user selects "Back Up," it would essentially perform an export function. If the user selects "Migrate," it would perform both the export and import functions.
