Filter events by pid list defined in TS

If you want to filter events in a multi site environment by a list of pid (global events like holidays and events related to that site) in all used plugins with typoscript, there is currently no possibility to do that. Editors don't have access to the global folder so they can't choose it for plugin flexform config.
