Welcome to the SPEX wiki!

SPEX (Spatio-temporal content explorer) is a tool which allows people with no knowledge about the contents of a SPARQL endpoint or the SPARQL language to explore contents of an endpoint in space and time and to construct complex queries using a visual graph. Spatial and temporal literals are handled automatically and displayed in maps and timeline which can be also used for formulating constraints. Query concepts, such as classes and properties (links), are automatically offered by an auto-suggestion function based on what is contained in the respective endpoint. They can be selected by a user in order to construct a visual query pattern. Query results are automatically labelled and displayed as a table as well as in terms of maps and time lines.
