Enable showing number of units in the city on the map

Add an option to this menu:

"Show number of units in the city"

Activating it would show how many units are in the city. Bottom left corner may be a good spot.

You can see it in F4 (city) screen, but having it also on the map would be helpful in some cases.

Note that the default city bar style already shows this information for 0-1-2-3+ units.

Well... The number I'm looking at is much bigger than 3 :)
